How the Program Works
Purchase a home in an eligible area with a closing price over $200,000 with the assistance of an Agent with whom Buzzingy LLC. connected you (or that agent’s broker) within 12 months after the date on which you submitted your original Buzzingy Buyer Cash Rewards inquiry. Or, responded affirmatively when asked by the Buzzingy.com concierge team member if you would like to participate in Buzzingy Buyer Cash Rewards.
Cash Rewards Made Simple
- 1. Sign Up for a Buzzingy Customer Account and search through our extensive homes database.
- 2. Work with one of our Agents through our get matched program to help facilitate the purchase of your new home.
- 3. If all eligibility requirements are met, you will receive your Cash Reward approximately 60 days after close*.
*Please keep in mind the Buzzingy Buyer Cash Rewards is in select markets only with homes above $200,000. The Cash Reward is based on the final price of the home at closing. Restrictions, conditions, and terms apply.
Buzzingy Buyer Cash Reward Scale
After closing on a home with the aid of one of the Agents we matched you to, you will receive 0.2% of the final purchase price approximately 60 days after closing.

Restrictions, Conditions and Terms
In order to be eligible for Buzzingy Buyer Cash Rewards, you must do all of the following:
- 1. Sign up for a Buzzingy Customer Account and request the services of one of our Agents that Buzzingy.com connected you to.
- 2. Requests for service of one of our Agents must be made on the Buzzingy.com platform only. If the Agent you were originally connected with is not a suitable match, please contact the Buzzingy concierge team to match you with a new Agent.
- 3. Purchase a home in an eligible area with a closing price over $2000,000 with the assistance of the agent with whom Buzzingy LLC. connected you (or that agent’s broker) within eighteen(18) months after the date on which you submitted your original Buzzingy Buyer Cash Rewards inquiry.
- 4. After your Contract has been accepted, please fill out the Buzzingy Cash Rewards from the drop-down tab in your Customer Account and have your designated Agent sign off. Once completed please send the form to clientcontract@buzzingy.com with the address of the closed property in the subject line
- 5. Once you have closed on an eligible purchase, submit a copy of the ALTA Settlement Statement/HUD or any other information requested by Buzzingy in connection with such purchase, no later than sixty (60) days after your closing date to clientcontract@buzzingy.com with the address of the closed property in the subject line.
In no event will a Buzzingy Buyer Cash Reward exceed $10,000. Any estimated Buyer Cash Rewards dollar amount shown on a Buzzingy.com or form or shared with you by our concierge team member is based on a percentage of the applicable property’s list price. Estimated Buyer Cash Rewards amounts are not guaranteed. Buzzingy Buyer Cash Rewards are available on home purchases only above $200,000 and do not include sales and leases.
Buzzingy Buyer Cash refund is subject to adjustment or cancellation if the commission received by Buzzingy is prohibited from distributing the Buzzingy Buyer Cash Refund. Lender approval is required for commission refunds. In some circumstances the buyer's lender or other parties to the transaction may not allow the buyer to receive a refund and Buzzingy cannot guarantee that all lenders will allow 100% distribution of the Buzzingy Buyer Cash Refund. As a result, Buzzingy strongly recommends that buyers discuss with their lenders and other parties to the transaction in advance the anticipated receipt of the Buzzingy Buyer Cash Refund. Unless agreed to in writing by Buzzingy, Buzzingy will only issue a refund to the person(s) and/or entity listed on the settlement statement at the closing of a transaction, regardless of whether such person(s) and/or entity are the buyer.
In order for you to be eligible to receive your Buzzingy Buyer Cash Rewards, your designated agent and/or your agent’s broker must pay to Buzzingy LLC.in full their contracted fee with respect to the purchase of your home. If all of the above eligibility requirements are met, you can generally expect to receive your Buzzingy Buyer Cash Rewards payment via check within approximately sixty (60) days after you have provided us all required information and documentation, as described in Item 4 & 5 above, and your agent and/or your agent’s broker have paid their contracted fee in full. No Buyer Cash Rewards payment will be made in the event that your agent and/or your agent’s broker does not pay their contracted fee in full or in the event that you fail to provide any required information or documentation.
